Adult classes.
Beginners welcome.
Muay Thai is the art of eight limbs: punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. It's the best workout you'll ever get, and it's real self-defense. You'll learn it from the ground up, at your pace, with people who remember what their first class felt like. Adult classes are led by Kru Jonathan and Coach Bryce Granger.

Built for regular people
Our adults are teachers, nurses, engineers from NASA Parkway, and parents who finally took an hour for themselves. Most had never thrown a punch before their first class.
- No ego on the mat. Everybody started somewhere, and the coaches make sure you feel it.
- A workout you'll actually look forward to. Strength, cardio, and focus in one hour.
- Real self-defense. Traditional technique that works, taught the right way.
- Rank you earn. Armbands and goals that keep you coming back.

Want to compete? We've got you.
Our competition team has fought all over the U.S. and in Thailand. Newer students can try our Muay Thai Development League, a light-sparring event with chest shields and body shots, so you can test yourself with zero pressure.
Competing is never expected. If you want it, you'll be fully supported and trained for it.
Questions adults ask us
I've never trained. Can I really start here?
Yes. Most of our adults started with zero experience. Your first class is one-on-one with a coach, and Fundamentals classes teach everything from the ground up.
Do I have to spar or compete?
No. Sparring in Fundamentals is light and optional, and competing is never required. Plenty of our members train purely for fitness and fun.
Am I in good enough shape to start?
If you can walk in the door, you can start. You'll work at your own pace, and the shape comes with the training.
What do I need for my first class?
Workout clothes and water. We have gloves for your first class. Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so you're not rushed.
How much does it cost?
Your first class is free. After class, we'll walk you through membership options, including a no-contract option, and help you pick what fits your schedule.
What's the difference between Muay Thai and kickboxing?
Muay Thai adds knees, elbows, and the clinch to punches and kicks. It's the complete striking art. Our kickboxing class focuses on punches and kicks and is a great place to start.
Your first class is on us.
Pick a time, show up in workout clothes, and we'll handle the rest. Gloves included. No contract to try it.
